Manufacturing Defects or Damage
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, contact us within 3 days of delivery.
We will replace the item free of charge.
Damage reported after 3 days is considered customer-caused and is not covered.
Refunds and Returns – 30 Days
Changed your mind? You may return non-customized items within 30 days for a refund.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Items returned without prior contact with our support team are not eligible for a refund.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually take 2-7 business days after we receive the item.
Customized Orders
Customized or personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their personal nature.
If a customized item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 3 days of delivery for resolution.
Missing Package – In Transit
If your order has not arrived within 5 weeks, contact us and we will arrange a replacement after verification.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Spinoflove.com is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If tracking shows the order as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier and file a report if required.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, as long as production has not started.
To cancel, contact us within 24 hours with your order number.
If the order has already been dispatched, please wait for delivery and follow the returns process.
Customized orders can only be canceled before production begins.
